Senior Cloud Applications Consultant

Skill Requirements

• Eight years EDI / EC / B2B experience as an EDI business analyst
• Excellent knowledge of translation products and mapping applications: Examples include Contivo, Biz Manager, Application Integrator, TrustedLink Enterprise or equivalent translation products
• Experience with B2B translation flows, mapping analysis and map development
• Experience with X12, EDIFACT, TRADACOMS and XML standards
• Proven analytical skills with the ability to solve complex client problems
• Proven ability to provide technical leadership
• Strong verbal and written communications skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient using OpenText analysis and mapping tools, Contivo Analyst experience preferred
• Knowledge in one or more industries such as Transportation, Automotive, Petroleum, High-tech, Retail or Healthcare

Education and Experience

• Bachelor of Science in Information Systems preferred

Impact

The Senior Technical Analyst performs as a subject matter expert to support OpenText Professional Services implementations. They must have the ability to interpret business process requirements and produce technical specifications, project documentation and coordinate development activities with global development teams. This is a customer-facing role and requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage priorities across multiple projects.

As the lead analyst on projects, the Senior Technical Analyst also provides overall leadership to analyst and mapping teams by setting priorities, technical direction, and ensuring consistent quality deliverables and best practices are followed.

Compensation

Salary Range: $$76,790 - $126,155 ; Depending on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
