Senior Closet Design Consultant

About the role

Up Closets, a leading provider of custom closet solutions, is seeking a skilled senior closet designer/consultant to join our team. We are looking for someone passionate about creating solutions for clients with functional and beautiful spaces that they can present to show added value to both the client and their properties.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their storage needs and preferences
• Design custom closet systems using our software
• Provide estimates and proposals for custom closet systems
• Manage schedule and timely follow up to pending proposals and work related activities
• Collaborate with the installation team to ensure accurate and efficient installation
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Provide exceptional customer service and communication throughout the design and installation process
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Follow company policies and procedures related to design and customer service

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with in-home closet design, or a related field
• Proficiency in technology and ability to understand software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of urgency with relation to organizational and time-management skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Detailed knowledge of home organization construction materials and techniques
• Experience with IN-HOME sales

Pay

$75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
