Senior Clinical Trials Manager
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Senior Clinical Trials Manager to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will oversee the execution and coordination of global clinical trials, ensuring study activities move forward efficiently and in alignment with protocol requirements and regulatory expectations. The position partners closely with internal development, regulatory, and site-facing teams to support study documentation, site operations, and inspection-ready trial conduct. It is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for guiding clinical site staff, maintaining quality in trial processes, and helping drive programs from start-up through close-out. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and managing global clinical trials
- Lead review of assignments for the clinical development group
- Manage revisions to study-related documents, such as consent forms and manuals
- Support site recruitment, initiation, payments, and close-out
- Oversee training for new clinical site staff and protocol amendments
- Liaise with internal teams regarding updated regulatory documents
- Provide daily guidance to clinical sites on protocol safety compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience in clinical research required
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Understanding of job-specific systems and adherence to SOPs

Pay
$143,000 – $157,300 annually
