Responsibilities
- Obtain, analyze, and document detailed business, functional, and technical requirements for clinical trial technology solutions
- Lead or support implementation, upgrades, and maintenance of various laboratory information systems
- Support Computer System Validation (CSV) and compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with IT architecture on system integrations and data management processes
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate deployment efforts
- Act as primary IT liaison for Clinical business stakeholders and facilitate project engagement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- 3 years of experience in clinical research and/or clinical IT systems (e.g., STARLIMS Life Sciences)
- 3 years in Business Analysis within regulated (GxP) environments
- Master's degree (MBA, MS, MPH, MHA) preferred
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMP, or Agile certifications are valued
