Role: Senior Clinical Trial Manager overseeing oncology trials, responsible for site selection, recruitment strategies, compliance, vendor management, and serving as the primary operational contact at the country level. Key Responsibilities Lead site qualification activities and provide strategic insights to optimize site performance.Develop and implement country-specific recruitment plans to achieve enrollment targets while ensuring data integrity.Act as the main sponsor contact and lead local operational activities for complex oncology studies.Monitor trial compliance, identify risks, and execute corrective and preventive actions.Manage vendors, oversee budgets, and ensure accurate financial reporting and trial delivery. Qualifications & Skills Deep understanding of Good Clinical Practice, regulatory standards, and oncology therapeutics.Proven experience managing complex early-phase clinical trials.Expertise in site selection, qualification, and performance optimization.Strong financial management and forecasting skills.Experience with clinical trial management systems and electronic trial master files.Ability to lead cross-functional teams and serve as a primary contact for sponsors.Proficiency in developing recruitment strategies and risk mitigation plans.
