Senior Clinical Trial Manager - Oncology

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Manager - Oncology to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will provide leadership across clinical site management activities from study start through closeout, ensuring execution remains aligned with study objectives, budget, and timelines. The position serves as a key point of contact for clinical monitoring and site operations, while also acting as the primary sponsor liaison for the project. The ideal candidate will bring oncology trial experience and a strong ability to identify and manage scope changes during project delivery.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Pay

Compensation: $112,000 – $222,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the clinical site management team from study start to closure
• Serve as the main contact for clinical monitoring and site activities
• Act as the primary sponsor contact for the project
• Manage monitoring deliverables to meet study budget
• Identify out-of-scope activities during project execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Nursing Degree required
• 2+ years’ experience as a Clinical Trial Manager or equivalent
• 4+ years’ experience as a Clinical Research Associate
• Oncology experience is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC systems
