Senior Clinical Trial Manager - CNS - U.S. (Remote)

About the role

Provide leadership and direction to clinical site management team members from study start through to closure.
Serve as Site Management’s primary point of contact and representative for clinical monitoring and site activities within the project, including, but not limited to Primary Sponsor Contact.
Manage monitoring deliverables to achieve the study budget and identify out-of-scope activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage monitoring deliverables to achieve the study budget and identify out-of-scope activities.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English.
• Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills by offering solutions when obstacles are identified.
• Show strong customer focus, ability to interact professionally with a sponsor contact.
• Prove proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC Systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or a Nursing Degree required.
• 1+ years’ experience as a Clinical Trial Manager, Clinical Operations Leader, Lead CRA, or equivalent role.
• 3+ years’ experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
• CNS/Neurology experience is required, Alzheimer's experience is a plus.

The salary range for this position is annually (For hourly paid positions, the stated salary range reflects hourly rates): United States of America - $112,000.00 - $222,000.00 The salary range provided is intended to give candidates an understanding of potential earnings. Compensation will fall within the provided range, and it not a guarantee of exact salary. The final salary will be determined based on relevant experience, performance, education, and internal equity.
