Senior Clinical Trial Manager

This role will support clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a life sciences environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of communication for trial sites and internal clients
• Oversee the local operational model and maintain site stakeholder relationships
• Ensure recruitment targets are met with high-quality data and within budget
• Actively engage with investigators and site staff throughout the trial
• Drive compliance by maintaining trial management systems and addressing deviations
• Contribute to site-level recruitment strategies and planning
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure accurate financial reporting

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in health or science-related field
• 3-5+ years of end-to-end trial management experience
• Experience in start-up and database locks/cleaning preferred
• Solid tumor oncology expertise required
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and local regulations
• Excellent IT skills in relevant software and systems
• Fluent in country language and English; strong communication skills

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
