About the Opportunity We are seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Budget Specialist to lead clinical trial budget development, coverage analysis, and contract negotiations across a growing portfolio of studies. This individual will partner closely with Clinical Operations, Legal, and Finance teams to support the successful execution of clinical trials while ensuring billing compliance and financial oversight. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of budget and contract development experience4+ years of clinical research experienceStrong experience negotiating clinical trial budgets and agreementsKnowledge of coverage analysis, Medicare billing compliance, and CPT codingAdvanced Excel skills and experience with Clinical Trial Management SystemsExperience collaborating cross-functionally across Clinical Operations, Legal, and FinanceVeeva CTMS experience preferredExperience supporting domestic and international studies is a plus Why Join?
