Senior Clinical Research Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversight of CRA resource allocation and regular assessment of team performance
• Enhancement of site relationships to improve performance and compliance
• Ongoing monitoring of quality reviews and swift resolution of issues
• Leadership of strategic initiatives to optimize clinical operations
• Mentorship of junior Clinical Research Managers and support their professional development

Qualifications

• Fluent in written and verbal English
• Minimum 7 years of industry experience in pharmaceuticals or CRO
• At least 4 years of people management or project management experience within biotech or pharmaceutical sectors
• Expert knowledge of ICH GCP and health authority regulations
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, particularly in a clinical research setting
