This role supports clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery within a life sciences environment. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Manage research activities at clinical study sites
  • Conduct study initiation visits (SIVs)
  • Identify potential sites for research participation
  • Perform study start-up activities including regulatory document collection
  • Train sites on data collection and safety reporting
  • Oversee site compliance and study maintenance
  • Close down research activities post-study

Requirements

  • 5+ years as a Clinical Research Associate
  • 4-year university degree or Nursing Degree
  • Experience in Rare Disease required
  • Reside in the East Coast or Central U.S.
  • Willingness to travel regionally required

Pay

$97,000 – $193,000 annually
