Senior Clinical Research Associate - Rare CNS - Southeast/Mid-Atlantic (Remote)

This role supports clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a life sciences environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

  • Manage research activities at clinical trial sites
  • Identify potential sites for participation in studies
  • Conduct study start-up activities and collect regulatory documents
  • Support negotiation of contracts and budgets with sites
  • Train sites on data collection and safety reporting
  • Oversee site management during study maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with informed consent and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

  • 5+ years as a Clinical Research Associate
  • Bachelor's degree or Nursing degree
  • Experience in Rare CNS is required
  • Candidates must reside in Southeastern or Mid-Atlantic USA
  • Willingness to travel regionally required

Pay

$97,000 – $193,000 annually
