This role supports clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a life sciences environment.

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

  • Manage research activities at clinical sites for the company’s studies.
  • Conduct all stages of the clinical study, from site identification to closure.
  • Perform study start-up activities, including regulatory document collection.
  • Train sites on data collection and safety event reporting.
  • Conduct study initiation visits (SIVs).
  • Ensure compliance with informed consent and safety reporting procedures.
  • Oversee site activities during study maintenance remotely.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
  • 4-year university degree OR Nursing Degree.
  • Experience in Psychiatry required.
  • Candidates must reside on the East Coast.
  • Willingness to travel regionally required.

Pay

$97,000 – $193,000 annually.
