You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Manage research activities at clinical sites for the company’s studies.
- Conduct all stages of the clinical study, from site identification to closure.
- Perform study start-up activities, including regulatory document collection.
- Train sites on data collection and safety event reporting.
- Conduct study initiation visits (SIVs).
- Ensure compliance with informed consent and safety reporting procedures.
- Oversee site activities during study maintenance remotely.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
- 4-year university degree OR Nursing Degree.
- Experience in Psychiatry required.
- Candidates must reside on the East Coast.
- Willingness to travel regionally required.

Pay
$97,000 – $193,000 annually.
