This role supports clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution within a life sciences environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage research activities at clinical sites for the company’s projects
- Conduct all stages of the clinical study, from site identification to closure
- Perform study initiation visits (SIVs)
- Ensure compliance with informed consent and regulatory requirements
- Support training for sites on data collection and safety reporting
Qualifications
- 5+ years as a Clinical Research Associate
- 4-year degree or Nursing degree
- Experience in Oncology is required
- Must reside in Southeastern or Mid-Atlantic US
- Willingness to travel regionally required

Pay
$97,000 – $193,000 annually
