Senior Clinical Research Associate, Field Monitor

Responsibilities

  • Develop and update training materials and study documentation
  • Interpret study protocols, logistics, risks, and data evaluation methods
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert guiding clinical sites on protocols and eligibility
  • Create and manage site feasibility questionnaires and essential document collection
  • Oversee data review and resolve issues in collaboration with Clinical Research Associates

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in clinical research, science, or health-related field with 6 years of experience, or a high school diploma with 8 years of experience in clinical research
  • Minimum of 2 years as a Clinical Research Associate II or higher is required
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with EDC, eTMF, CTMS systems
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, across diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
