Senior Clinical Research Associate (Contract)

Responsibilities

• Perform remote and on-site monitoring visits to ensure compliance with study protocols, GCP guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Support site activation, enrollment oversight, and ongoing site management activities across assigned research centers.
• Review clinical laboratory and pharmacokinetic (PK) data to identify trends, discrepancies, and potential study risks.
• Build strong relationships with investigators and site personnel while providing protocol guidance and training as needed.
• Complete monitoring documentation, track site performance metrics, and communicate study updates to project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of clinical monitoring experience with independent management of investigative sites.
• Experience supporting Phase II and/or Phase III clinical trials within a CRO, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical setting.
• Strong understanding of pharmacokinetic (PK) assessments, laboratory data review, and clinical trial operations.
• Advanced knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, FDA regulations, and clinical research best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Health Sciences, or a related scientific discipline.

Pay

Salary Range: $60-$75/hr
