This role supports clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution within a life sciences environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Manage site research activities for clinical projects
- Identify and select potential research sites
- Conduct various study start-up activities, including regulatory document collection
- Support contract and budget negotiations with sites
- Train sites on data collection and safety reporting
- Oversee site operations throughout the study
- Ensure compliance with informed consent and regulatory standards
Requirements
- 5+ years as a Clinical Research Associate
- Bachelor's degree or Nursing Degree required
- Experience in CNS/Neurology is mandatory; Psychiatry preferred
- Candidates must be located on the West Coast
- Willingness to travel regionally is necessary
Pay
$97,000 – $193,000 annually
