Senior Clinical Research Associate - CNS/Psychiatry - West Coast - Remote

This role supports clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution within a life sciences environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Manage site research activities for clinical projects
• Identify and select potential research sites
• Conduct various study start-up activities, including regulatory document collection
• Support contract and budget negotiations with sites
• Train sites on data collection and safety reporting
• Oversee site operations throughout the study
• Ensure compliance with informed consent and regulatory standards

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Clinical Research Associate
• Bachelor's degree or Nursing Degree required
• Experience in CNS/Neurology is mandatory; Psychiatry preferred
• Candidates must be located on the West Coast
• Willingness to travel regionally is necessary

Pay

$97,000 – $193,000 annually
