Senior Clinical Research Associate - CNS - Central U.S. (Remote)

Support clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. Collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. Strengthen care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage research activities at clinical sites
• Conduct all stages of clinical studies from site identification to study closure
• Perform study start-up activities, including regulatory document collection
• Train sites on data collection and safety event reporting
• Ensure compliance with informed consent and regulatory requirements
• Conduct study initiation visits (SIVs)
• Manage site activities during study maintenance

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate
• Bachelor's degree or Nursing degree
• Required experience in CNS/Neurology
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC Systems
• Must reside in the Central United States
• Willingness to travel regionally

Pay

$97,000 – $193,000 annually
