About the role
Support clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. Collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. Strengthen care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a life sciences environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage research activities at clinical sites
- Conduct all stages of clinical studies from site identification to study closure
- Perform study start-up activities, including regulatory document collection
- Train sites on data collection and safety event reporting
- Ensure compliance with informed consent and regulatory requirements
- Conduct study initiation visits (SIVs)
- Manage site activities during study maintenance
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate
- Bachelor's degree or Nursing degree
- Required experience in CNS/Neurology
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC Systems
- Must reside in the Central United States
- Willingness to travel regionally
Pay
$97,000 – $193,000 annually
