Senior Clinical Pharmacist
Hims & Hers is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Clinical Pharmacist to serve as the clinical and operational backbone of our 503A compounding pharmacy. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that bridges clinical expertise, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and day-to-day operational leadership.
Responsibilities
Review and implement clinical guideline updates
Conduct Pharmacy Information Booklet and Medication guide review for all dispensed products
Support pharmacy literature reviews and stay current on applicable state and federal pharmacy law
Lead the CQI program: audit, analyze, and trend pharmacy error and near-miss data
Manage test orders and test labels to validate system changes
Guide the pharmacy team on protocols during technology failures or system downtime
Act as the primary clinical liaison between pharmacy and teams including inventory, fulfillment, care operations, learning & development, and engineering
Prepare slide decks, Google Docs, and Sheets for clinical meetings and patient profile reviews
Requirements
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an ACPE-accredited program
Active, unrestricted Registered Pharmacist (RPh) license in Arizona
2+ years of post-licensure pharmacy experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or senior clinical capacity
Strong cross-functional communication skills; comfortable working with engineering, operations, and clinical teams
Willingness to obtain non-resident pharmacist licenses and serve as back up PIC when needed
