Senior Clinical Data Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Clinical Data Manager to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will support the management of clinical study data across assigned programs, with a strong emphasis on data quality, consistency, and study execution. The Senior Clinical Data Manager will partner closely with cross-functional study teams to resolve data issues, maintain critical documentation, and support the timely delivery of reliable clinical data for decision-making. This position also includes involvement in database testing and coordination of laboratory data review to help ensure accurate study outputs. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $108,700 – $143,700 annually Responsibilities Support senior data managers for assigned clinical studies Conduct data cleaning and reconciliation activities Manage queries related to clinical studies Generate and deliver reports to team members Ensure laboratory data and associated normal ranges are reviewed Support creation and maintenance of data management documentation Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for clinical databases Qualifications 5+ years of clinical data management experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a health-related field preferred Oncology experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office and at least one EDC system, preferably Medidata Rave Strong communication and project management skills Detail-oriented with the ability to solve issues independently Experience in cross-functional team environments Benefits Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) plan Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) options Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Wellness programs Stock option opportunities through an Employee Stock Purchase Plan and discretionary equity awards Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
