About the role
The Senior Clinical Data Manager at ImmunityBio is responsible for creating and reviewing study-specific Case Report Forms (CRFs), configuring and migrating EDC databases, and managing data quality. They also assist in developing database requirements, training junior staff, and providing data management expertise.
Responsibilities
- Create and/or review study-specific CRFs
- Configure, migrate, and test EDC databases
- Serve as database manager for the study-specific clinical team
- Develop database requirements for EDC vendors
- Compile edit checks and perform data reviews
- Generate and close queries
- Code verbatim terms like adverse events and concomitant medications
- Collaborate with medical scientists for coding and review
- Train internal colleagues and Investigators/Study Coordinators
- Provide data management support and analytical insights
- Participate in process development and improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a science-related field with 5+ years of experience
- High school diploma with 9+ years of relevant experience
- 5+ years of clinical data management experience
- Experience with EDC clinical databases
- Veeva Vault CDMS and TrialMaster experience preferred
- MedDRA and WHO Drug coding experience preferred
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of clinical research, good clinical practices, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills
Skills
- Knowledge of CDISC/STDM standards
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Pay
The annual base pay range for this position is $117,900 to $131,000 (National Market) or $126,000 to $140,000 (Premium Market) annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
Schedule
This position works onsite or remotely based on the candidate's location, with a regular work schedule of Monday through Friday within standard business hours. Flexibility is available with manager approval.
