About the Role

We are seeking a client-focused and detail-oriented Senior Client Services Representative to serve as a key liaison between clients and internal operations teams. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service by managing inquiries, coordinating issue resolution, and supporting the administration of investment-related services. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a proactive approach to client relationship management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. In addition to managing day-to-day client needs, this individual will help support team development, contribute to process improvement initiatives, and assist in maintaining operational excellence across multiple service offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering a high standard of service and support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues, prioritize requests, and meet client deliverables.
  • Review operational reports and client-facing outputs to identify, investigate, and escalate potential issues.
  • Participate in client meetings and contribute to service reviews, business updates, and relationship management activities.
  • Utilize internal systems and technology platforms to research, track, and resolve client requests efficiently.
  • Promote and support the adoption of new technology, automation tools, and process improvements that enhance the client experience.
  • Monitor required client documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and control procedures.
  • Support audits, special projects, and cross-functional initiatives focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Provide guidance, training, and day-to-day support to less experienced team members and new hires.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services, investment operations, fund administration, custody services, or a related environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong internal and external business relationships.
  • Experience working with financial products, securities processing, fund operations, or investment accounting is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable learning new systems and leveraging technology to improve service delivery and operational outcomes.
