Senior Client Manager, Personal Lines Insurance

About the role

As a Senior Client Manager on the Personal Lines team at Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA), you will be responsible for the growth and management of private client accounts by meeting monthly and annual production goals. You will also serve as a mentor to associates on your team and an advisor and consultant to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly and annual production goals for private client accounts
• Mentor and support associates on your team
• Serve as an advisor and consultant to clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carrier partners
• Show a good understanding of the marketplace

Requirements

• Superb customer service skills and ability to work independently
• Exceptional time management and organization skills
• Self-starter with demonstrated resourcefulness
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced proficiency in Excel
• Exceptional attention to detail

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience within the insurance industry
• Demonstrated knowledge of Personal Lines Insurance coverages
• P&C Insurance License (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

Additional Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience working with EPIC, Sagitta or ImageRight a plus
