Key Responsibilities
- Owns client service delivery for assigned book of business, ensuring retention and satisfaction
- Acts as primary contact for client needs, escalations, and service planning
- PARTNERS WITH PRODUCERS/CLEINT EXECUTIVES TO DEVELOP AND EXECUTE BENEFIT STRATEGIES
- Maintains deep understanding of insurance marketplace and coverage options
- MANAGES RENEWAL TIMELINES, SUBMISSIONS, AND MARKETING EFFORTS
- LEADS IMPLEMENTATION OF NEW COVERAGE LINES AND CARRIER TRANSITIONS
- PREPARES CLIENT PRESENTATIONS AND CONDUCTS MEETINGS, INCLUDING EDUCATION SESSIONS
- REVIEWS APPLICATIONS AND ENSURES ACCURACY OF ALL DOCUMENTATION
- TRACKS KEY DEADLINES, DELIVERABLES, AND CLIENT COMMITMENTS
- ENSURES ACCURACY AND COMPLETENESS OF CLIENT RECORDS AND SUBMISSIONS
- USES AGENCY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS CONSISTENTLY AND EFFECTIVELY
- MANTAINS COMPLIANCE DOCUMENTATION AND CLIENT COMMUNICATIONS
- COLLABORATES WITH INTERNAL TEAMS AND EXTERNAL CARRIERS TO MEET CLIENT GOALS
- COORDINATES ACROSS STAKEHOLDERS DURING RENEWAL AND SERVICE CYCLES
- ACTS AS BACKUP SUPPORT FOR TEAM MEMBERS WHEN NEEDED
- ENHANCES COMMUNICATION FLOW ACROSS SERVICE, SALES, AND UNDERWRITING PARTNERS
- SUPPORTS BUSINESS GROWTH THROUGH CLIENT RETENTION AND EXPANDED SERVICES
- PARTICIPATES IN NEW BUSINESS EFFORTS AND PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT
- CONTRIBUTES TO SPECIAL PROJECTS AND PROCESS ENHANCEMENTS
- HELPES GUIDE CLIENTS THROUGH ORGANIZATIONAL OR PLAN CHANGES
- IDENTIFIES OPPORTUNITIES TO IMPROVE SERVICE DELIVERY AND EFFICIENCY
- APPLIES INDUSTRY BEST PRACTICES AND STAYS CURRENT ON MARKET TRENDS
- HELPS STANDARDIZE PROCESSES AND IMPROVE TEAM WORKFLOWS
- PROMOTES CONSISTENT CLIENT EXPERIENCE ALIGNED WITH GIBSON STANDARDS
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in employee benefits or insurance brokerage
- Active Life and Health license
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and renewals
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
