Senior Client Manager - Central Texas - Land Development

Quiddity Engineering is expanding its engineering teams in San Antonio and New Braunfels and is seeking a Land Development Sr. Project Manager. This role offers high visibility and the opportunity to join a growing firm in Central Texas. We are looking for a Civil Engineer with a Professional Engineering license and project management experience with residential community land development engineering projects. This position requires someone who enjoys planning and designing diverse new land development projects, mentoring and developing a project team, and delivering quality work to meet commitments to clients. The work typically includes residential and mixed-use civil engineering projects from planning through design and construction. The successful candidate will lead and coordinate work with other team members including PEs, EITs, CAD, and project administrative professionals.

Requirements

• Civil Engineer with a Professional Engineering (PE) License
• 9+ years of experience in Project Management for residential Land Development projects
• Experience mentoring and developing project team members
• Client-focused with a reputation for solid teamwork and communication
• Commercial land development experience is a plus
