Senior Client Manager
Essential Job Duties
- Manages dedicated Book of Business: high-revenue, high-complexity or strategically significant book, often including more complex funding models (e.g., self-funded, custom-designed plans) and key accounts with high-touch, high-frequency service needs.
- Drives expert client lifecycle management, including escalated issue resolution and strategic advisory support.
- Collaborates with Producers and internal partners on prospect support and service optimization.
- Led complex renewals, funding strategies, vendor negotiations, and long-term lifecycle planning for key accounts.
- Contributes to workload evaluation and engagement in process improvement.
- Coaches and mentors Client Managers and support staff.
Qualifications
- Active Life & Health License
- 5+ years relevant experience
- Self-funding experience
- Techical application skills: OE guide applications
- Strong market insight – with ability to leverage to support client strategy and segment-specific needs
