Key Responsibilities
- Net revenue retention and growth across the Americas AM book, with direct accountability for cross-sell/upsell pipeline and forecast accuracy in Salesforce.
- Building and coaching a team of Account Managers/Directors against a proactive account-growth model — moving the team from reactive servicing to owning expansion targets.
- Multi-threading the highest-value (HV / HV+) accounts across products (MAP + RT + CTV) and stakeholders, including seasonal-peak scale plays and product-adoption expansion.
- Partnering with Sales on a clean handoff at launch and a shared expansion motion, and with Ad Ops, Rev Ops, Product, and the Sales Engineering function to remove friction and protect time-to-launch.
- Deploying regional co-investment strategically to unlock client testing of CTV and Retargeting, with clear ROI accountability.
- Owning the AM operating cadence: QBRs, account plans, forecasting discipline, and executive-level client narratives grounded in performance data.
- Acting as a senior client-facing voice at industry events and in strategic escalations.
Skills and requirements
- 8+ years in account management, growth, or commercial roles in mobile ad tech, programmatic, or performance marketing, including 3+ years leading and scaling client-facing teams.
- A track record of owning and delivering material revenue targets (retention + expansion) against a quota, ideally with accounts at $1M+/quarter scale.
- Fluency in the mobile advertising ecosystem, MMPs/attribution, programmatic performance, UA, retargeting, and ideally CTV.
- Comfort operating as a peer-level advisor to senior client stakeholders, translating data into executive-level business cases.
- Strong Salesforce and forecasting discipline; you run the pipeline as rigorously as a sales leader.
- A builder's mindset: comfortable creating a repeatable process where it doesn't yet exist, in a fast-moving, high-growth region.
