ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

• Oversight of critical, top-tier revenue value, enterprise-wide book with broad strategic impact spanning multiple markets or business units, with diverse and complex funding models that require executive-level service and custom strategic delivery.
• Shapes the overall client relationship and lifecycle strategy.
• Networks and builds relationships with carriers and direct report clients.
• Owes strategic outcomes for high-stakes initiatives with measurable enterprise value.
• Directs department or team development and mentors across functions (including senior leaders).
• Serves as a recognized subject matter authority shaping long-term organization strategy.

Qualifications

• Active Life & Health License
