Responsibilities
- Proactively manage Allianz Commercial’s relationship with its largest corporate clients.
- Effectively balance regional and global priorities to ensure support for clients' diverse needs, fostering strategic alignment and sustainable growth.
- Facilitate the client’s understanding of Allianz Commercial’s underwriting appetites and capabilities while serving as the primary access point for brokers and clients.
- Strengthen client relationships to elevate Allianz Commercial’s visibility and position it as the preferred insurer among key trading partners.
- Lead and manage stewardship meetings for key clients, ensuring continuous engagement and coordination with various functions within Allianz Commercial.
- Coordinate and facilitate executive meetings with Allianz Commercial senior leadership and key managed clients.
- Contribute to Allianz Commercial’s expansion by successfully growing new business and cross-sell opportunities.
- Ensure client database (Salesforce.com) is managed in alignment with our external engagements and global priorities.
- Collaborate with zonal leads to drive zonal strategy.
- Drive impactful results and champion change through strategic leadership and influence.
- Drive efforts to secure Allianz Commercial as a market leader.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in underwriting, risk management, brokering, or business development in the industrial/specialty insurance business.
- Specialized knowledge in various lines of business.
- 7-10 years of proven experience in cultivating long-term, profitable relationships, resolving complex business challenges, and collaborating with senior-level brokers and client organizations.
- 7-10 years of experience and a successful track record of prospecting new clients in the industrial/specialty insurance segment.
- Significant experience working in complex, global matrix organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or Law.
- Completion of professional insurance qualification (e.g., CII).
- Experience in applying artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to improve business processes and decision-making is preferred.
Pay
The annualized base pay range for this role is $154,080 - $232,880. The actual salary may vary based on scope, complexity, location, skills, education, training, credentials, and experience. In addition to base pay, employees are eligible for annual performance-based cash incentive awards.
