- Pay Range: $61,053 – $98,334 (plus description of market based approach). We need to include Pay section only if posting actually states them. It does state a range. So we include Pay section with that range. Also mention that it's market based? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." We could include Pay with the range and maybe a brief note about market based approach? But we must not invent or summarize away detail. The posting includes a paragraph about pay range determination. That's substantive. We can include that as part of Pay section. However we must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". The paragraph is about how pay is determined; it's not filler. So we can include it.
- Benefits: The posting includes: "A list of our benefit offerings can be found on our CorVel website: CorVel Careers | Opportunities in Risk Management". Then later: "A comprehensive benefits package is available for full-time regular employees and includes Medical (HDHP) w/Pharmacy, Dental, Vision, Long Term Disability, Health Savings Account, Flexible Spending Account Options, Life Insurance, Accident Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance, Pre-paid Legal Insurance, Parking and Transit FSA accounts, 401K, ROTH 401K, and paid time off."
Thus we have specific benefits list. So we include Benefits section with that list.
- Schedule: The posting mentions "This is a remote role." No explicit schedule (e.g., full-time, hours). Not given. So we should not create Schedule section because no specific schedule info. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. So we skip Schedule.
- About the role: We have introductory paragraph describing role. Could be placed under About the role heading. That seems appropriate.
- Responsibilities: we have Essential Functions & Responsibilities list.
- Requirements: maybe Education & Experience? Could be Requirements. But we also have Knowledge & Skills separate. The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content accordingly.
We have:
- About the role: intro paragraph.
- Responsibilities: Essential Functions & Responsibilities list.
- Requirements: Education & Experience? Could be Requirements (minimum qualifications). Or we could treat Education & Experience as Requirements.
- Qualifications: maybe Certifications etc? But we have Self-Insured Certificate preferred, State Certification or license as an experienced claims adjuster, Current license or certification in Workers’ Compensation must be maintained. Those could be Qualifications.
- Skills: Knowledge & Skills list.
- Benefits: list.
- Pay: range and explanation.
We must not create sections with filler. Ensure each section has real content.
Let's craft HTML:

Pay
Pay Range: $61,053 – $98,334. CorVel uses a market based approach to pay and salary ranges may vary depending on location. Pay rates are established taking into account federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions. Ranges may be modified at any time. For leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.) new hires may be slotted into a different level, either up or down, based on assessment during interview process taking into consideration experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role. The level may impact the salary range and these adjustments would be clarified during the offer process.
We must not include Schedule section. Check for any duplicated lines: we removed boilerplate like "A list of our benefit offerings can be found on our CorVel website: CorVel Careers | Opportunities in Risk Management" and the generic statements about posting duration, About CorVel, EEO, etc. Those are boilerplate and should be removed. We removed them. Check that we preserved all substantive info: The intro paragraph, responsibilities list, knowledge & skills, education & experience, certifications, pay range and explanation, benefits list.
