Senior Claims Manager Aviation
About the role
The Senior Claims Manager will oversee technical aspects of general aviation hull and liability claims, as well as airline hull claims for North America. This role involves supervising in-house staff, external adjusters, and attorneys. Additionally, the position requires being a primary point of contact for key client accounts and brokers, and assisting with marketing presentations for new business and client retention.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum 10 years experience handling complex aviation claims
- FAA Pilot's and/or A&P licensure preferred
- Advanced designations such as CAIP, AIC, SCLA, and/or CPCU preferred
- Managerial experience preferred
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Knowledge of aviation regulations and policies
- Experience with claims management software
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
