Responsibilities
- Handle a caseload of mid to complex workers compensation claims in the state of CA
- Manage client relationships
- Provide technical guidance to more junior adjusters
Requirements
- Extensive experience within workers compensation claims in the state of CA
- Highly experienced with coverage analysis within workers compensation
- Exposure to complex losses and litigation within workers compensation
- Experience working at an insurance carrier handling WC claims (TPAs also considered)
- Excellent knowledge of all related policy wording and regulations within workers compensation
- Adjuster License in California – essential
Qualifications
- Salary up to $164,000 plus annual bonus
- A clear path to leadership or other senior technical roles
Schedule
Requires 2-3 days in office per week from various CA based office locations.
