About the Role

This role involves communication with clients’ employees, points of contact, and file handling until the conclusion of assignments. You will execute client and Carl Warren strategies to achieve claims quality, customer service, and operational objectives. Additionally, you will work effectively with partners and subcontractors to achieve satisfactory results on both expense and indemnity costs.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with client’s employees, points of contact, and handle files through to conclusion.
• Execute client and Carl Warren strategies to meet claims quality, customer service, and operational objectives.
• Collaborate with partners and subcontractors to achieve satisfactory results on expense and indemnity costs.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience handling litigated auto and/or general liability property damage claims.
• Field investigation experience preferred.
• Public entity experience is a plus.
• College degree preferred; designations (e.g., AIC, AIM, ARM, CPCU) and/or insurance-related courses are a plus.
• Experience working in claims management systems and strong knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
