Responsibilities

• Manage complex property damage and bodily injury claims, including litigated matters.
• Investigate losses, determine liability and damages, and develop resolution strategies.
• Partner with clients, defense counsel, vendors, and other stakeholders throughout the claims process.
• Oversee litigation, attend mediations as needed, and help control claim costs.
• Maintain accurate claim documentation and ensure compliance with best practices and client guidelines.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while managing a dynamic caseload.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience handling litigated auto and/or general liability bodily injury and property damage claims.
• Experience managing moderate to high-severity claims and litigation.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret legal, coverage, and medical documents.
• Proficiency with claims systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
• Must be in commutable distance to San Jose.

Pay

Compensation up to $105k
