You'll leverage your expertise in auto and general liability claims to deliver exceptional outcomes, provide trusted client support, and drive efficient claim resolution. What You'll DoManage complex property damage and bodily injury claims, including litigated matters.Investigate losses, determine liability and damages, and develop resolution strategies.Partner with clients, defense counsel, vendors, and other stakeholders throughout the claims process.Oversee litigation, attend mediations as needed, and help control claim costs.Maintain accurate claim documentation and ensure compliance with best practices and client guidelines.Deliver outstanding customer service while managing a dynamic caseload. What You'll Bring6+ years of experience handling litigated auto and/or general liability bodily injury and property damage claimsExperience managing moderate to high-severity claims and litigation.Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to interpret legal, coverage, and medical documents.Proficiency with claims systems and Microsoft Office.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.Must be in commutable distance to San Jose.
