Senior Civil Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Providing oversight on various construction projects and working with construction inspectors
• Developing and producing conceptual, preliminary, and final construction design drawings
• Aiding in the preparation of construction plans, detail drawings, and project specifications
• Reviewing construction plans, performing horizontal and vertical roadway alignment calculations, and conducting utility research and coordination
• Aiding in permitting submittals
• Performing quantity calculations and completing engineering cost opinions

Qualifications

• BS in civil engineering, environmental engineering, or a related engineering field
• Professional Engineering (PE) license in Florida, or the ability to obtain or transfer license within 1 year of start date
• Approximately 10+ years of experience
• Experience in contract administration, permitting, earthwork, site grading, utilities, stormwater management, roadway design, hydrology and hydraulic calculations, and utility design
• Familiarity with development and design processes that are specific to local geographic markets
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and various hydrology/hydraulics software, including StormCAD, WaterCAD, ICPR, or similar software packages

Pay

Salary depends on experience and expertise. The salary range for this position begins at $125,000. Compensation includes a comprehensive fringe-benefits package.
