Senior Civil Litigation Attorney

About the role

The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of civil litigation and trial experience, along with strong verbal and written communication skills. Prior experience in talc and asbestos litigation and a strong knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on legal matters related to talc and asbestos litigation
• Prepare and present evidence in court
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously

Requirements

• Admitted to practice law in Illinois
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-starter with the ability to manage time effectively

Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited law school
• Passing score on the bar exam
