About the role

Hadco Construction, Utah’s premier excavation and heavy civil employer located in Lehi, is seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Estimator with 7+ years of estimating experience in heavy civil construction. The role involves preparing accurate and competitive estimates for excavation, earthwork, underground utilities, and site development projects throughout Utah. Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for excavation, earthwork, underground utilities, and site development projects throughout Utah.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in heavy civil estimating.
• Extremely high level of integrity and strong ethical behavior.
• Proven track record of successful qualified proposals and contracts.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects, disciplines, and tasks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong desire to learn and grow.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated and a self‑starter.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven, team‑oriented environment.

Requirements

• Proof of age over 18.
• Pass a drug screen.
