About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead commercial and residential land development projects from initiation to completion. The role involves managing internal and external teams, overseeing project budgets, developing contract documents, and ensuring seamless project delivery. You will serve as the primary client contact, providing exceptional service and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

• Project planning, scheduling, and coordination
• Conducting site visits
• Reviewing shop drawings
• Managing permits and code compliance

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in land development
• Expertise in stormwater management and civil engineering
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• PE license preferred
