Senior Civil Engineer - Water Resources

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Easton, PA office with oversight from company leadership based in San Antonio
  • Take over and manage ongoing dam-related projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
  • Develop new business opportunities in dam safety, rehabilitation, and water resources
  • Serve as the primary technical expert for dam-related projects, including inspections, design, permitting, and compliance
  • Maintain and build relationships with local and regional clients, regulatory agencies, and industry partners
  • Provide mentorship and leadership for the Easton office team
  • Handle basic office management duties with support from the San Antonio administrative staff

Qualifications

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in water resources engineering, with a strong focus on dams (design, rehabilitation, safety inspections, permitting, and compliance)
  • Proven ability to manage projects from inception to completion, including client interactions, budgets, and regulatory approvals
  • Experience in business development and client relationship management within the engineering sector
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to operate autonomously while aligning with company goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
