About the role
A Project Manager/Sr. Civil Engineer with land development experience is needed to lead projects for clients in the public and private sectors.
Responsibilities
- Design of subdivisions and land development
- Zoning and approvals process
- Stormwater management
- Site design, grading, and erosion and sediment control plans
- Site utilities
- PennDOT/DEP permitting
- Hydraulic calculations
- Cost estimating
- Preparing project proposals and managing contracts, reports, and invoicing
- Hiring/mentoring/managing junior engineers and designers
Requirements
- B.S. Civil Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer license
- Prior land development experience required
- Strong organizational, technical, and communication skills
- Prior project and client management experience
- Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to attend evening meetings
- Ability to obtain clearances (for PA school projects)

- Five years’ experience in the design and management of land development projects
