Senior Civil Engineer - Onsite

Senior Civil Engineer Education background: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is preferred. Experience: 8 to 15 years Industry: Life sciences, Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Data centers. No. Of Positions: 1 Location: Onsite (Kentucky, United States) Note: Work from office for 2-3 days a week is preferred. Key Responsibilities Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Civil Engineering Design software, stormwater modeling software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Adobe/Bluebeam).Experience in calculating earthwork quantities, establishing plan and profiles for roadways and pipelines, and determining quantities for pavement, pipe, drainage structures, erosion control, rock, open channels, and fencing.Demonstrated ability to lead design efforts, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to project planning and resource allocation.Compile and analyze site data including geographic location, topography, access, utilities, soil types, subsurface conditions, environmental status, drainage, zoning, and regulations to assess cost, constructability, and scheduling.Develop detailed design drawings and specifications using CAD software, including 2D and 3D models of infrastructure components.Prepare site improvement plans, specifications, drainage reports, and cost estimates for land development, ensuring compliance with customer RFPs and coordination with project managers.Review civil engineering codes and standards for compliance and prepare documentation for client and regulatory review. Tool Skills Good knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3DStormwater modeling software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Adobe/Bluebeam).
