Senior CI Management Analyst with Security Clearance

Requirements

  • Minimum of ten (10) years of knowledge/experience in CI disciplines.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is desired.
  • Training as a credentialed CI special agent or law enforcement at the State or Federal level is preferred.
  • Must hold/obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Develop, coordinate, and implement enterprise performance measures.
  • Analyze enterprise-wide performance metrics, resource allocation, and operational data.
  • Identify trends and recommend COAs to address performance gaps.
  • Compile, validate, and format enterprise performance data for oversight bodies.
  • Integrate enterprise equities into planning documents.
  • Identify gaps/overlaps/inconsistencies in policies.
  • Develop or revise policies, standards, SOPs, and guidance.
  • Establish and maintain knowledge management processes.
  • Serve as Data Transfer Officer/Trusted Agent for cross-domain records transfers.
  • Develop stakeholder engagement/communication strategies.
  • Support enterprise governance, deconfliction, and CI collection requirements management.
  • Conduct CI Records Name Checks and source deconfliction.
  • Maintain the Operational Management Database (OMDB).
  • Prepare briefings, executive summaries, assessments, memoranda, information papers, CQ inputs to Congress, and support to the Congressional Budget Justification Book (CBJB/CJB).
  • Support risk assessments, engagement strategy, insider threat, DCI, RDA/SCRM, and force protection mission areas.
  • Brief JCITA staff and students.
