Senior CI Analyst RDA (CI Specialist)

About the role

The Sr. CI Analyst RDA (CI Specialist) supports a Federal Government client. The availability of this position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities

• Training: Must be a graduate of any of the following Military Department Courses: Army- 35F Course (or Military Department / IC equivalent), Army- 351F Course (or Military Department / IC equivalent), Army- Counterintelligence Special Agent Course (CISAC), Army- 35M Course (or Military Department / IC equivalent), Army- 351M Course (or Military Department / IC equivalent), Air Force- Basic Special Investigators Course (BISC), U.S. Air Force Special Investigations Academy, or predecessor, Navy- Special Agent Basic Training Program (SABTB), Naval Criminal Investigative Service Training Academy, or predecessor.
• Minimum 12 years of experience as an All-Source Analyst.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in RDA.

Requirements

• Required experiences: 12 years of experience as an All-Source Analyst, 5 years of experience in RDA.
• Required skills: Understanding of Intelligence Cycle, Understanding of Intelligence Support/Role in the MDMP, Familiarization with DCGS-A, Strong oral and written communication and negotiating skills, Familiarity with various Intelligence Community software and systems, Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Ability to work in a high-operational tempo environment, Ability to work both independently or as a member of a team, Ability to perform other duties, responsibilities and activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma- 20 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years, Associate’s degree- 16 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years, Bachelor’s degree- 14 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years, Master’s degree- 12 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

Skills

• Understanding of Intelligence Cycle
• Familiarization with DCGS-A
• Strong oral and written communication and negotiating skills
• Familiarity with various Intelligence Community software and systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
