Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end change management for large, high-impact initiatives with broad organizational reach, including global programs and multi-workstream transformations.
- Design and execute integrated change strategies encompassing stakeholder engagement, communications, enablement, readiness, and adoption.
- Tailor change approaches to address regional, cultural, and business-specific nuances while maintaining enterprise alignment and consistency.
- Proactively identify change risks, resistance points, and interdependencies, and develop mitigation strategies to support sustained adoption.
- Embed change management best practices into program design and execution from early planning through post-implementation stabilization.
- Enable successful execution of enterprise priorities by aligning leadership, teams, and operating behaviors to strategic objectives.
- Ensure change strategies support business outcomes such as operational efficiency, customer experience, speed to value, and organizational scalability.
- Act as a strategic thought partner to initiative owners, shaping program design decisions through a change and adoption lens.
- Serve as a connector across teams, ensuring alignment between business leaders, program owners, project managers, and enablement partners.
- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with senior leaders, enabling candid dialogue and informed decision-making.
- Influence outcomes across programs and portfolios without direct authority, using data, insight, and executive presence.
- Partner closely with program and project managers to integrate change work into broader delivery plans.
- Build and manage detailed timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables related to change activities.
- Drive accountability for execution across communications, enablement, readiness, and adoption workstreams.
- Ensure consistency and quality across change artifacts while enabling flexibility for local or regional needs.
- Define success metrics and leading indicators to assess readiness, adoption, and change effectiveness.
- Monitor progress against change goals, using data and feedback to course-correct as needed.
- Facilitate feedback loops through surveys, forms, and stakeholder inputs to capture learnings and improvement opportunities.
- Document lessons learned, best practices, and reusable assets to continuously mature change management capabilities across the organization.
Required Skills & Experience
- Lead complex, cross-functional forums, driving clarity, alignment, and decisions across senior leaders and delivery teams.
- Translate ambiguous, evolving strategies into structured, executable change plans tied to measurable outcomes.
- Anticipate and navigate resistance, dependencies, and competing priorities across concurrent initiatives.
- Apply strong program discipline while adapting approach based on organizational readiness and change saturation.
- Communicate with clarity and confidence across executive, manager, and individual contributor audiences.
- 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, or related strategic roles.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, cross-functional, and multi-region change initiatives.
- Strong program and project management skills, including dependency management and milestone tracking.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior and executive audiences.
- Proven ability to influence, align, and collaborate across complex stakeholder environments.
- Change management or project management certification (e.g., Prosci, PMP, Agile).
