Position Summary

The Senior Change Enablement Specialist will lead and manage change management initiatives, develop strategies for successful adoption of changes, and support the adoption of new ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Equip executives, people leaders, and employees to understand, prepare for, adopt, and embrace changes.
  • Identify metrics and vehicles to measure performance and progress of engagement, readiness, and adoption.
  • Analyze feedback for trends, insights, and opportunities.
  • Identify resistance and performance gaps, and develop and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure activities increase stakeholder readiness.
  • Document process changes and understand associated risks.
  • Craft key messages for stakeholders and address resistance proactively.
  • Draft communications and engagement plans for review and alignment with other departments.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
  • Establish standards and ensure consistency in messaging and talking points.
  • Lead and mentor others in change management methodologies and best practices.
  • Champion a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with Learning Services and Corporate Communications for materials distribution.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
  • Five (5) years developing and executing change readiness plans required.
  • Experience leading and implementing change initiatives across functional teams, including change strategy development, stakeholder engagement, and resistance management preferred.
  • Prosci, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) or other change management certification preferred.
  • Experience supporting various project management methodologies, such as SafeAgile, preferred.
  • Proficiency in the current Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration platforms preferred.

  • Authentic Communicator - Clearly and credibly expresses ideas and information, listens to understand, and fosters constructive dialogue.
