Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder assessments and change impact analyses.
- Develop organizational change management strategies.
- Create readiness plans and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Facilitate workshops and leadership meetings.
- Support sponsor engagement and change champion networks.
- Develop executive communications and messaging.
- Create communication plans and campaign materials.
- Produce presentations, newsletters, FAQs, and SharePoint content.
- Cope communications across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Coordinate communications across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Support leadership presentations and town halls.
- Measure stakeholder readiness.
- Support adoption activities and reinforcement planning.
- Gather feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
- Aid in change metrics and reporting.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of organizational change management experience.
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
- Experience supporting enterprise software implementations.
- Excellent writing and facilitation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences experience preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Office applications.
- Prosci certification preferred.
