Senior Certified Nursing Assistant – Cardiac Acute Care
About the role
Located in the Cardiac Acute Care Unit (CACU) on 7RP at Kadlec Regional Medical Center, under the direction of the Unit Manager or designee, the Senior Certified Nursing Assistant performs a variety of tasks to assist professional nursing personnel in providing patient care in an assigned area and related clerical and receptionist activities; serves as the focal communication source in the nursing station and performs related duties as assigned. Responsibilities
- Assist professional nursing personnel in providing patient care
- Perform clerical and receptionist activities
- Serve as the focal communication source in the nursing station
- Carry out related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Washington Nursing Assistant Certification
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association
- 3 years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant in an acute care facility
Qualifications
- Completion of a formal Certified Nursing Assistant program
- Secretarial experience

Pay
The base pay range for this position is $22.97 – $35.32 per hour. Placement within the range is based on relevant job experience and other applicable factors. Additional compensation may be available, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
Schedule
Part‑time night shift, 30 working hours per week.
