Senior CEI Inspector
About the role
We are currently searching for an experienced Senior CEI Inspector with relevant industry certifications to join our team in St. Louis, MO, or surrounding area.
Responsibilities
- Making and checking engineering computations
- Documenting/Inspecting construction work
- Materials testing in the field
- Inspection of truck load tickets for aggregate, asphalt, or concrete
- Writing daily inspection reports, performing verification testing, and documenting test results and observations
- Performing SWPPP inspections
- Aiding in all types of record keeping and field measurements, as needed
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Significant experience with Latex Modified Concrete (LMC) bridge deck overlays and related CEI inspection activities
- Five (5) years of experience in construction inspection, any prior experience in bridge and/or roadway construction inspection is preferred
- Some MoDOT and/or local agency inspection experience is a plus
- Must be able to work nights and weekends as required
Qualifications
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening to ensure a safe and productive work environment
- Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory motor vehicle report (MVR)
Skills
- Must have at least 6 years of inspection experience with some MoDOT Technician Certifications
- ACI Field and/or Strength, Troxler or similar state DOT certification is preferred but not required

- At least 6 years of inspection experience with some MoDOT Technician Certifications
- ACI Field and/or Strength, Troxler or similar state DOT certification is preferred but not required
