Responsibilities

Lead supplier performance and strategic relationships for the Semiconductor Sourcing team.

Develop and execute sourcing strategies in alignment with business objectives, partnering with internal Micron customers to drive implementation across DRAM module products.

Own end-to-end procurement processes for assigned categories, ensuring alignment across key customers.

Drive cost savings initiatives and track performance against defined metrics.

Lead process improvement efforts applying AI to increase efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of sourcing or relevant experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Strong technical or engineering foundation, with the ability to understand component-level tradeoffs, supplier capabilities, and system-level impacts.
  • Experience working with and influencing senior and executive leadership, including presenting strategies and recommendations.
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems, navigate ambiguity, and manage competing priorities to drive outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working with DRAM module components such as PMIC or RCD.
  • Experience in external facing roles, showing an ability to effectively represent Micron while maintaining confidentiality and managing supplier expectations.
  • Pay

    The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is: $90,000.00 - $205,000.00 a year.
