Senior Caregiver - Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Shifts

About the role

Home Care Assistance of Greater Burlington is looking for a Senior Caregiver to cover Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts that are needed in Fairfax, VT!

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect personal care to clients in the home setting
• Establish and maintain effective communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Perform duties as assigned on the personal care service plan
• Help keep the client's environment clean and organized
• Remind the client to take self-administered medications

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Home Health Aide, CNA, Personal Care Aide/Assistant, or similar positions is preferred

Skills

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow personal care service plans
• Knowledge of first aid and CPR (preferred)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for some positions)
